While at SAB, Alison performed with New York City Ballet in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Harlequinade, Coppelia, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She attended the American Ballet Theater Summer Intensive in New York in 2004. Franco De Vita, principal of the JKO School at ABT, offered her a full scholarship to the new Junior Division. With JKO she has performed in numerous technical demonstrations and performances at the Juilliard School, Guggenheim Museum, City Center, the Metropolitan Opera House, The Joyce Theater, and The Ailey Citigroup Theater. Alison also toured with American Ballet Theater II in Europe in 2010 and 2011 performing roles in Allegro Brillante (Balanchine), Continuo (Tudor), and Interplay (Robbins). Dance pushes me to new levels every day and I am always trying to improve not only technique but also myself as a person as well as an artist.
